This project involves the comprehensive renovation of an authentic 1940s mid-century modern home, updating its existing bones for modern lifestyle demands. The design maximizes the footprint to support a versatile lifestyle of living, working, and well-being.
By introducing a second-story primary suite, the design creates a dedicated space for retreat, complemented by large-scale windows designed to frame the existing landscape and enhance the spatial connection to the outdoors.
